In a move that shattered years of official silence, Judge Bradford L. Thomas, a respected former appellate judge in Florida, went on record before state lawmakers — confirming the federal government has spent billions on covert chemtrails programs without public consent.

“These are not jet aircraft flying commercial flights,” Thomas said. “These are airplanes flying and injecting aerosols into the sky in an attempt to dim the sun.”
Thomas described how he first began noticing unmarked planes crisscrossing Florida’s skies, leaving behind thick, expanding trails that lingered for hours — trails that did not behave like normal contrails. He told lawmakers he felt “assaulted” by the flights while walking along the beach, describing the constant haze as a direct violation of personal and environmental rights.
