Australia – “mouse plague” ravages farms in New South Wales and southern Queensland

The worst mouse infestation in decades continues to ravage farms in New South Wales and southern Queensland, and large numbers of mice are moving south and making their way to Victoria. 

In northern NSW, pest populations have ruined crops, robbed supermarket shelves of groceries, and even bitten patients in hospitals in Tottenham, Walgett and Gulargambon.
