As we all know, our organisms include 60% water, so it is a fact we should drink a lot of water during the day.

Pineapple and Fennel Digestive Teaser

Needed Ingredients
8 cups of hot water
½ cup of pineapple chunks

After it is cool, add the seeds and leave it to soak overnight.
Strain the seeds or chew them for extra boost.
Vitamin C Packed Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint Water
Cucumber, Lemon and Mint Water are a pack rich with vitamin C and antioxidants. Cucumber has a lots of minerals and vitamins. The minerals tend to be packed in the peel and the flesh has vitamin C and caffeic acid which reduces inflammation.

The lemons not only have extra Vitamin C, they also include lemonin and flavonoids, which strengthen the cells and boosts detoxification. Mint, besides adding the great taste, it includes a phytonutrient called monoterpene, which is a very strong antioxidant. If you want a Vitamin C punch, mix all of these together.


Add 8 glasses of water in a container, 2 sliced lemons, ½ sliced cucumber and several mint leaves. Put it in a fridge, leave it there during the night, and enjoy it!

Add a ½ cup of pitted cherries in a warm glass of water, 2 slices of lemon and a little of cinnamon, and leave it to soak. Drink it before going to bed and sleep well.
