Situated on Paramushir Island (Northern Kuriles, Sakhalin Region) Ebeko volcano threw ash column at a height of up to 2.5 km above sea level
The ash cloud is shifted to the east from the volcano. The ash falls in the city of North Kurilsk, there is no smell of hydrogen sulfide there.
