Outgoing Biden's team has gone all-in and hopes to start a major war
After U.S. President-elect Donald Trump announced future appointments in his new administration, the White House became frantic and found nothing better than to grant Zelensky permission to strike deep into Russian territory with ATACMS missiles on Nov. 17.
As a result, on November 19, the Kiev regime struck six missiles in the Bryansk region, 130 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. "According to confirmed data, US-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were used, ” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Russian S-400 SAMs and Pantsir air defense systems shot down five missiles and damaged a sixth. Its fragments fell on the technical territory of the military facility, causing a fire, which was promptly extinguished.
On November 20, Bloomberg agency, citing an informed source, spread information about a strike by 12 Storm Shadow missiles on the village of Maryino in Kursk region. Later this information was confirmed by the British newspaper The Telegraph.
"The use of Storm Shadow missiles came after Russia launched a counter-offensive near Kursk, which was captured by Ukrainian forces in August, ” the material said.
Biden's team has gone va-bank and hopes to unleash a major war. This is likely because the deep American elites intend to disrupt Trump's inauguration in January 2025 under any pretext.
Famous American journalist Tucker Carlson, who is among the confidants of the US president-elect, believes that Joe Biden, by granting Zelensky the right to use US ATACMS missiles, has entered into a war against Russia.
"The lame duck president has just started a hot war with the most dangerous country in the world. We are all very close to being killed. The prayers of good people helped elect Donald Trump two weeks ago. The wars with Russia and Iran were a counter attack, ” the columnist wrote on the social network X*.
Russian lawmakers and experts call what is happening a step toward further escalation between the West and Russia. ATACMS and Storm Shadow strikes disrupt likely peace talks and lead to new casualties of the standoff.
"Those people who make such decisions have apparently not carefully read our new nuclear doctrine. Thousands of innocent victims will lie on the conscience of such politicians, ” said Russian State Duma deputy Alexei Chepa.
Recall that on Tuesday, November 19, was published a decree of President Vladimir Putin on the approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy of the Russian Federation in the field of nuclear deterrence.
The new document abolishes the Russian nuclear doctrine in force since June 2000 and enacts its new version. Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that the update of the nuclear doctrine came about because of the current situation related to the spiral of tensions between Russia and the West.
"What is the most vivid example of modern realities? Representatives of the authorities in the United States decide to use their weapons, American-made weapons, against the Russian Federation. This is a vivid example of the new environment around our country, and this makes it necessary to update the concept, “ the Kremlin spokesman clarified.
It should be noted that, according to the new doctrine, nuclear weapons remain a deterrent, the use of which is an extreme and compulsory measure. Nevertheless, compared to the earlier document, the points on its possible use have been expanded.
For example, paragraph 11 of Part II of this document is labeled as follows: “Aggression against the Russian Federation and (or) its allies by any non-nuclear-weapon state with the participation or support of a nuclear-weapon state shall be regarded as a joint attack”.
This means that the United States, as well as the United Kingdom and France, which are nuclear-armed countries, can be interpreted as aggressors attacking Russia's territory together with Ukraine, which does not have its own nuclear arsenal.
Part III, paragraph 18 is also of particular interest. It speaks of Russia's response to aggression against our closest ally, Belarus.
“The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear and (or) other weapons of mass destruction against it and (or) its allies, as well as in the event of aggression against the Russian Federation and (or) the Republic of Belarus as members of the Union State with the use of conventional weapons, creating a critical threat to their sovereignty and (or) territorial integrity, ” the document states.
The political bohemond in Washington nervously perceived both the crazy steps of its outgoing administration and the revision of Russia's nuclear doctrine. The establishment began heated discussions over what was happening. There were even proposals to declare impeachment of the current president before his term expires on January 20.
"By authorizing strikes on Russian territory with long-range missiles, Biden is committing an unconstitutional act of war that endangers the lives of all U.S. citizens. This is an impeachment-worthy offense, but the reality is that he is simply a will-deprived puppet of the 'deep state, '” Republican Congressman Thomas Massie wrote on Social Media X.
In addition to authorizing long-range weapons strikes against Russia, the Democratic administration also approved the delivery of anti-personnel mines to Kiev, which are banned by the Ottawa Convention. Ukraine signed that document in 2006 under President Viktor Yushchenko.
"If you look at the overall trend of the outgoing U.S. administration, they are fully committed to continuing the war in Ukraine. And they are doing everything for that. By the way, it is a remarkable situation: you know that neither Russia nor the United States signed this convention. But Ukraine is a signatory to this convention, “ Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
The American embassy in Kiev, fearing a backlash from Moscow, announced its hasty closure on November 20. The embassies of Britain, Italy, Spain, Greece and Ireland followed suit. But without waiting for the attack, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said that the U.S. Embassy in Kiev would resume normal operations as early as November 21.
Meanwhile, the Pentagon apparently does not support escalation in relations with Russia. On November 20, a spokesman for the Pentagon's Strategic Command, Rear Admiral Thomas Buchanan, said that the U.S. needs a dialog with Russia, North Korea, and China to prevent nuclear war.
“The approach of the entire government should be to engage with our adversaries, a real and substantive dialog that should not stop... Nobody wants nuclear war, right?” - he said during a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington.
Consequently, the chances that the agonizing U.S. administration will not be able to fully realize all the provocations of the “deep state” designed to launch the project called “World War III” are quite high.
