ACCOMPLICE TO THE CRIME: Canada accepted the safety and efficacy risks of the COVID-19 injections, per its contract with Pfizer

The Canadian government reportedly accepted the safety and efficacy risks of the mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) injections, per its contract with vaccine maker Pfizer.

"There may be adverse effects of the vaccine that are not currently known," said the contract, which the Canadian Independent (CI) obtained through an access to information request. While parts of the contract were redacted, what is clear is that the government of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau knew there was no guarantee that the shots would work and be 100 percent safe.

"Purchaser further acknowledges that the long-term effects and efficacy of the vaccine are not currently known," stated the contract dated Oct. 26, 2020. The 59-page contract listed Pfizer and the Canadian Department of Public Services and Procurement (PSPC) as signatories. It also included a section stating that the vaccines wouldn't be serialized – meaning they won't be given a unique number or other identification that can be used to track their journey though the supply chain.

According to LifeSiteNews, the Canadian Department of Health (HC) ordered 238 million COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer Canada. Included in this order are some 30 million doses for 2023 and 2024. However, the Pfizer contract did not specify how much Ottawa spent for the vaccines.

PSPC media relations representative Alexandre Baillairge-Charbonneau confirmed to LifeSiteNews the veracity of the contract obtained by CI.

"Canada continues to face an incredibly serious situation with this third wave. Cases are rising rapidly and in many places cases are higher than they have ever been. But, we are going to do whatever it takes to help," Trudeau told Canadians on April 16, 2021.

"I would like to thank Pfizer for their cooperation and hard work not just to keep deliveries on schedule but to move more doses up and reach new agreements. More doses arriving sooner means more people getting their vaccine faster."

COVID-19 injections contaminated by MONKEY DNA through SV40

The contract between Pfizer and the Canadian government cast doubt on the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 injections. Reports have also emerged on the quality control process for these gene therapies – given the presence of monkey DNA in them.

According to the Epoch Times, HC has confirmed the presence of polyomavirus simian virus 40 (SV40) in the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The presence of this monkey-linked DNA sequence, which was known to cause cancer in old polio vaccines, was not previously disclosed by the New York-based drug giant.

"HC expected sponsors to identify any biologically functional DNA sequences within a plasmid (such as an SV40 enhancer) at the time of submission. Although the full DNA sequence of the Pfizer plasmid was provided at the time of initial filing, the sponsor did not specifically identify the SV40 sequence," the government department told the Epoch Times in an e-mail.

Scientists Kevin McKernan and Dr. Phillip J. Buckhaults raised concerns about the presence of SV40 enhancers in the COVID-19 injections earlier this year. McKernan suspects that Pfizer didn't disclose the inclusion of SV40 in the mRNA injections due to the sequence's association with polio vaccines. Moreover, he also expressed concern that the presence of SV40 promoters remains a serious concern as they can integrate into the human DNA near oncogenes, which have the potential to cause cancer.
