Discovered biorhythms have the same effect on men and women

Dutch scientists have discovered biorhythms that affect human behavior and can vary from 7 to 52 days. Their study is based on data from more than 400 subjects who used a special app to track their smartphone usage information. The results of the study are published in the journal npj Digital Medicine.

Cycles lasting several days have been found to be very common in all people, including men and women. This remark about women is not accidental, as some employers believe that the menstrual cycle reduces women’s performance at work, which can lead to discrimination.

However, research has shown that men also have a 25 to 30 day cycle that affects their behavior.

Although the mechanisms that underlie these cycles are not yet known, scientists believe that a complex relationship between the environment and human cognitive skills is involved.

It is also worth noting that two people with the same cycles may respond differently to them.

This study is the first step in understanding human biorhythms and their impact on behavior.

In the future, based on these results, it will be possible to conduct more accurate and detailed research and develop new methods for managing one’s behavior, taking into account one’s own cycles.
