Dr. Fauci hit the cable news morning shows once again on Sunday to promote the experimental vaccine and, of course, rail on Americans to keep their masks on.
In an appearance on ABC’s This Week, Fauci was questioned about the recent comments earlier in the week by the heads of two major airlines who questioned the need for masks to be worn by passengers while flying.
Even they cannot justify forcing people to arbitrarily wear an ineffective mask against their will.
Despite the ABC host pointing out how the airline CEOs claimed that modern-day airplanes, especially with the advanced filtration systems they have now, are actually safer than an ICU unit when it comes to the transmission of airborne viruses, Fauci dug both heels in and said strap those masks on forever, you sheep.
“I don’t think so. I think when you are dealing with a closed space, even though the filtration is good – you want to go that extra step,” the self-proclaimed embodiment of science explained In response to the hosts direct question on if Americans will ever be able to go maskless on a plane again.
