The municipality of São Joaquim, Santa Catarina state, was hit by hail this Friday.
Several houses were left roofless and about eight houses were flooded, according to the Civil Defense.
The Association of Municipalities of the Midwest of Santa Catarina (Ammoc) reported that hail was also reported in Catanduvas and Vargem-Bonita.
