Sadly, they end up having problems with space balls and the like because believing you’re a woman when you’re really a man doesn’t solve the problem of how the space suit fits.
Especially in the crotch region.
Men and women really do have different biology, it turns out, and there’s no better place to confirm that than walking through space in a spacesuit that was outfitted for the wrong gender. Yikes!
