Strong hail hit Guizhou, China

Powerful hailstorm rained down on Pintan County in Guizhou Province, China, resulting in property damage and power outages. The largest hail was 30 mm in diameter. No casualties reported.

Last month, a series of severe weather events occurred in Guizhou, as well as in the neighboring provinces of Hubei, Jiangxi and Sichuan. Heavy rains, hailstorms and snowfalls damaged houses, cars and crops.
