UFOs May Be Piloted By Time-Traveling Humans From The Future

Is it possible that unidentified flying objects are flown by our own future descendants rather than by aliens?

Since the term “UFO” was popularized, people all over the world have been observing the stars wondering if intelligent extraterrestrial entities have ever visited our planet, reports space.com.
However, Michael Masters-a professor of biological anthropology at Montana Technological University-argues in his new book “Identified Flying Objects: A Multidisciplinary Scientific Approach to the UFO Phenomenon” that UFOs may actually be piloted by our own future selves.

Certainly, it’s been argued for a long time that if time travel was possible at all, we should have met visitors from the future already.

Masters suggests that the entities that many people claim to have witnessed during experiences of UFO and alien abduction may indeed be future time travelers (or’ extratempestrials’).

“We know we’re here. We know humans exist,” he said. “We know that we’ve had a long evolutionary history on this planet. And we know our technology is going to be more advanced in the future.”

“I think the simplest explanation, innately, is that it is us. I’m just trying to offer what is likely the most parsimonious explanation.”

Masters also argues that the people of the future may simply be visiting our time to learn more about their own past – to study today’s humans in the same way that one might study an extinct animal.There could even be a ‘temporal tourism’ industry enabling people to go on holiday in the past.

“Undoubtedly in the future, there are those that will pay a lot of money to have the opportunity to go back and observe their favorite period in history,” he said.

Though, if there are really travelers from the future here in the present, they do seem to be doing a fairly good job of staying out of the way.
