Odd Flashing UFO Lights Observed Over North Dakota

On December 21, 2019, when Joshua Studdard left his last tower for the day he saw a set of odd blinking lights in the sky over North Dakota where he pulled over to catch a quick video of the lights that vanished moments after the video started, reports ufosightingshotspot.blogspot.com.

Strange lights in the sky were far away from each other. Flashes of lights were irregular and it’s not clear where they came from.

Authorities have not yet commented on the incident.

It definitely wasn’t a plane, a helicopter, a drone or a rocket, so what else could it be?
