An earthquake of magnitude 6.3 occurred on Wednesday near the coast of the American state of Oregon, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS).

Underground shocks were fixed at 9.31 UTC (12.31 Moscow time). The epicenter was located 294 kilometers west of Bandon, Oregon. The hearth of the earthquake lay at a depth of 12 kilometers.
