In China, found traces of dinosaurs that lived 120 million years ago

Employees of the international archaeological expedition discovered in the east of China fossils with traces of various kinds of dinosaurs that lived more than 120 million years ago.
An international team of archaeologists from China, Australia and the United States discovered more than 300 tracks in the territory of Shandong Province, supposedly left by a group of dinosaurs during the Cretaceous period about 120 million years ago.
According to the author of the study of the find, judging by the detected traces, they belonged to seven different types of dinosaurs.
“Detecting dinosaur tracks was a shock, as no remains of dinosaurs were found in the area before,” said Wang Xiaoli, head of the Institute of Geology and Paleontology at the Linyi University of Shandong Province.
The most “tremendous find” archeologists call the discovery of parallel tracks left by deinonykhs. Scientists believe that the find suggests that dinosaurs, which were supposed to live separately, in fact lived in large flocks.
