In Florida, announced an emergency because of Hurricane Alberto

Because of hurricane Alberto in Florida, a state of emergency was introduced. He approaches the coast of the state, in connection with which Governor Rick Scott ordered to alert the National Guard.
Alberto is in the Cuban region. The subtropical hurricane will bring rain and strong wind to the southeast of the USA. It will reach the States only on the evening of Sunday, but Florida will feel its influence much earlier.
