The mysterious creature washed on the beach of the Gauer Peninsula in
Glamorgan (Wales, UK). Experts have not yet been able to determine the
origin of the sea monster.
The skeleton of the animal reaches 1.52 m in length, it has a long head and a large lower jaw. Some scientists believe that this is a whale, dolphin or guinea pig.
“When you look at it for the first time, you might think it’s a
crocodile, but it’s not, of course,” said Swansea University expert Dan
Foreman.
The carcass on the beach was discovered by a local resident, walking her dogs.
