HAARP Facility to Resume Ionospheric Research this Week

The highly controversial HAARP program often referred to as the worst kept secret in the US military, is due to begin a resumption of testing in the next week.

HAARP scheduled to resume experiments

According to Chris Fallen, the Chief Scientist on the program has claimed that there will be forty hours worth of ‘externally funded’ experiments between the 6th of April and the 14th of April.
The experiments will take place in Gakona in Alaska where the HAARP transmitters are based. Much of the work will be undertaken by researchers from the University of Alaska, but it will also involve scientists from other US universities as well as government employees.
Fallen says that the goal of the project is to explore the physics of scintillations, magnetic field-aligned plasma irregularities, artificial and natural atmospheric airglow, stimulated electromagnetic emissions, plasma waves, and radio-enhanced ionization.”
It has been said that this is not the ideal time to carry out this kind of rigorous testing given that, in the words of Fallen, this is “a tough time of year in a tough year of the solar cycle” for this kind of experiment. “It will not be dark enough in Gakona to observe artificial airglow emissions until 10 PM at the beginning of the campaign and 10: 30 PM at the end of the campaign, due to the rapidly lengthening days in the Land of Midnight Sun.” This means that there will likely be only half an hour each day for the large group of scientists to conduct these experiments.
According to Fallen, the summertime would probably be a more advantageous period to conduct these experiments. At this current time, explains, the HAARP transmitter is only at 80% power, but it will have the ‘final column’ of transmitters restored in the summer which will bring the facility up to full power.
Given the difficulties posed by conducting the experiments at this time, questions have been raised as to the urgency attached to this phase of the project. Could it be that the United States is planning to use their climate change technology at some point in the very near future? And, if so, why?
