Mars Curiosity transferred a new photo

The Curiosity rover gave his fans hello from Mount Eolide.
We are talking about some new images that were made by rover cameras from the area at the foot of the explored mountain known as Sharpe Mountain (it’s Aeolis).
Recall that this is the central peak of the giant crater Gale on Mars. The height of Mount Sharpe is 5.5 kilometers. The above image shows Eolid in all its details. Panoramic photo was made on the basis of several photos taken from different angles. The resulting image was processed by a photographer in the field of photography, Thomas Appere.
The rover still makes its way closer to the foothills of Aeolis. The Martian landscapes of this area very much resemble the south-western landscapes of America.
