A strange cloud in the shape of a horseshoe was seen in the sky over the American state of Nevada. The National Meteorological Service of Elko County published a photo of a mysterious phenomenon made by one of the eyewitnesses.
Meteorologists claim that behind the appearance of the cloud is the process associated with the movement of the wind. According to the statement of the Society of Cloud Lovers, such a cloud is formed in a vortex, or in the region of rotating air. This is what forms a cyclone or a tornado, but when this happens, the vortex is in an upright position. If it is located horizontally, then these cloud horseshoes are formed.
