Scientists have explained their statement that a plant diet increases the risk of oncology.
American researchers from the Center for Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics came to the conclusion that the vegetable protein is able to control some types of cancer, including the breast. They described their research in detail in the scientific journal Nature.
Scientists have found that the amino acid asparagine in laboratory
mice with fixed oncology can reduce the development of cancer cells, and
to a large extent.
Foods rich in asparagine include dairy products, whey, beef, poultry, eggs, fish, seafood, asparagus, potatoes, beans, nuts, seeds, soy and whole grains. Low foods for this amino acid are fruits and vegetables. And this means that people who for a long time adhere to dietary nutrition, in particular, sit solely on vegetables and fruits, run the risk of getting oncology.
