USA: Massachusetts machines freeze in ice

Northeast US is experiencing a cyclone invasion. In Massachusetts due to the combination of natural factors, there was a massive flood. But, it seems, the situation has only become worse.
Residents of the city of Boston publish a video in social networks, which show how cars that were only a few hours ago in puddles, were frozen into the ice.
