In Kazakhstan, anomalous frosts freeze the animals alive

In connection with the arrival of fierce cold weather in Kazakhstan, many are faced with difficulties in heating the premises, vehicles are frozen. Also, cases of freezing not only people but also animals, birds and other animals have become more frequent.

RSE “Kazgidromet” and the Emergency Situations Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan warned Kazakhstanis about approaching anomalously cold weather in Kazakhstan.
