Anomalous phenomenon in Colombia

Being on the balcony of his room, one of the tourists filmed an abnormal phenomenon on the camera in Bello, Colombia.
During the filming of the neighborhoods from his hotel room, the man noticed a glowing ball approaching him, which, however, did not cause him any harm, but simply disappeared.
